During his real estate career, Dave has worked with several residential and commercial developers. Dave has successfully identified numerous opportunities for his clients and has successfully assembled OFF MARKET city blocks for them throughout South Florida.
Dave understands the importance getting it right the first time. He pays attention to the details. During the development planning process, Dave regularly meets with his developers, reviewing the architects plans. Relying on his past experiences selling out other new construction developments, Dave identifies any potential issues that could be viewed negatively by the prospective purchasers of the residences.
Dave has successfully sold out developments for his clients. He compiles market data, develops pricing, assists in the selection of interior and exterior finishes and assist in developing all marketing collateral including brochures and renders, marketing campaigns and sales events and promotions etc. Dave logs all traffic and regularly reports to the developers on pertinent information relating to the customers and the velocity of sales as well as market conditions. Throughout the entire sales and marketing process his goal is always to maximize value and profits, selling out the project in the shortest period of time for the highest prices possible.
From contract to closing Dave maintains constant communication with the Buyers and/or their representatives. He ensures that all critical dates for deposits, selections of finishes etc. are met both by Buyers and Developers and attends all final walk throughs. The result, a successful and smooth closing for all parties.
