A native Floridian, Dave was born in Miami, Florida. Upon graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Finance (emphasis in real estate) and a Minor in Biology, Dave returned to South Florida and has resided in various cities from Fort Lauderdale to Jupiter since 2001. In his free time Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, 6 year old daughter and 4 year old son. He loves the South Florida lifestyle and is an avid waterman, enjoying surfing, boating, fishing and paddle boarding. He also enjoys snowboarding, fitness training and landscape design. He also has a love/hate relationship with golf…but don’t we all.
